STATUS:Part-Time

LOCATION: Rochester Mental Health Center - Alexander Park

DEPARTMENT: Care Management, Behavioral Health

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 4-6 hours a day

SUMMARY

As an Administrative Assistant, you are key in the organization, gathering and dissemination of in-depth accurate information and reports. Your demonstrated expertise of software programs combined with your communication and customer service abilities greatly ensure unit success and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree preferred

  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Administration. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, arrange travel, process time cards, data and work orders, manage budgets and expense reports, etc.; interact and serve as a resource for patients, customers and other external contacts; may arrange or conduct tours, orientations, training sessions or presentations

  • Budget Reporting. May assist in budget preparation, patient billing, charging and insurance claims

  • Database Management. Maintain electronic/computer databases and paper files; retrieve information as needed and may create financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requested

  • Documentation. Prepare a variety of correspondences
