Job description

We are looking for an IT Data & Access Associate to support daily administrative and system-related tasks for the IT team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with digital systems, maintains a high level of accuracy, and can manage assigned work independently during a part-time schedule. The role focuses on entering information, updating records in a claims processing environment, and setting up user access while following established guidance.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain information in internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Upload and organize data within the claims processing platform according to established procedures.
• Create, update, and manage user accounts to support access needs across the organization.
• Review records carefully to identify and correct inconsistencies before information is finalized.
• Use multiple computer applications efficiently to complete assigned tasks and maintain workflow.
• Carry out daily responsibilities independently while following provided instructions and priorities.• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative systems support, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to enter data accurately and work with a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfort using computer applications and navigating new systems with minimal ramp-up time.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10.
• Experience supporting data-related tasks tied to claims processing or similar operational systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow direction effectively.
• Strong reliability and commitment to completing part-time assignments consistently Monday through Friday.
