Data Entry Clerk -
The Data Entry Clerk will support Warehouse and/or Production departments by entering data into Famous Software to ensure accuracy of product and inventory.
WORK HOURS:
Sunday-Friday: 3:30pm- end of shift. Off Sunday and one other day during the week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review Department documentation for accuracies and omissions.
Accurately enter Production, Shipping or Receiving data into Famous Software
Print Pick Tickets, Tags or Labels for Warehouse and Production
Monitor work orders and update data as needed
Track and effectively communicate status of delivery drivers
Scan, electronically file and email information to appropriate recipient
Generate data reports in Microsoft Excel
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of data experience, preferred
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office, Excel)
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions include standing/walking for extended periods of time - 4-6 hours at a time in a refrigerated cooler environment where temperatures range from 35 to 60 degrees. Work involves light lifting of product up to 25 pounds.
