Job description

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a part-time Learning Data Clerk to join our corporate HR team in Salt Lake City, UT!
Summary:
The Learning Data Clerk supports the accuracy and organization of training records and data. It involves managing information in the learning management system (LMS), tracking training completion and compliance, and creating reports to support the business.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other internal databases.
  • Review and reconcile data across systems to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Generate and distribute reports on training completion, compliance, and participation metrics.
  • Track mandatory training and certification deadlines to support regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Assist with internal audits and respond to data requests from HR, compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for training documentation.
  • Support L&D specialists in ensuring course data and user records are current and accurate.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and backups to ensure data preservation and security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or coursework in business, HR, data management or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management with experience in corporate learning, HR or compliance environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software systems.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of training compliance standards and reporting requirements a plus.
