Job description

We are seeking experienced Payroll and Administrative Support staff to assist in managing our day-to-day administrative and payroll processing requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Primary duties:

  • Prepare payroll for various clients/firms including payroll reports and letter responses
  • Client Service, answering phones, providing excellent customer service
  • Administration functions (setting up files, assembling files, etc)
  • Data entry for bookkeeping and payroll and report preparation
  • Organize client data / documents
  • Other administrative duties as needed, including front desk

Required:

  • Two years’ working experience in Customer Service (required)
  • One years working experience in Payroll preparation (required)
  • Two years’ working experience in QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office based programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
