Position Summary:
A successful Support Clerk is responsible for tasks including but not limited to: entering orders, processing updates, performing file preparation tasks such as Manual Data Checks or locating Prior Policies, resetting workflows, uploading documents, adding and deleting attachments, pulling DataVault notifications, performing delivery functions, importing and exporting from various software, creating invoices and other duties as assigned. Additionally, Support is responsible for processing large volumes of communications from our agents, so, if you can type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines, we'd like to meet you. For this role, it's essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
  • Communications with Agents
  • Process updates
  • Enter orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned and outlined above
  • Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Gather and organize typing material
  • Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies

Education, Formal Training, and Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry operator
  • Fast and accurate typing skills; using a touch typing system is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Strong English language skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
