Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is partnering with a manufacturing and distribution company seeking a reliable professional for an Office Administrator role. This position manages essential product documentation, freight tracking, and administrative workflows.
Pay: $18/HR | TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY
Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM
Primary Duties -
  • Document Control: Maintaining product test reports, heat/lot traceability documents, and compliance records.
  • Account Department Support: Preparing documents for submittal to the accounting department during audits.
  • Invoicing & Credits: Providing the accounting team with sales orders for invoicing and processing credit memos.
  • Freight Claims: Filing, tracking, and resolving shipping damage or loss claims with carriers.
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales teams with data entry, client mailing lists, and electronic files.
  • Office Coordination: Answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and routing inquiries. [1]
