Customer Service Data Clerk
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Data Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customer service operations through accurate data entry, order processing, record maintenance, and professional communication with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain customer, order, and account information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process customer orders, updates, and requests in company systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
