We are currently looking for motivated Independent Insurance Brokers who are ready to grow in a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Cross-sell and maximize retention opportunities
• Work with multiple insurance markets to provide competitive solutions
• Maintain underwriting quality and compliance standards
• Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities strategically

Requirements

• Active RIBO License in Ontario
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Experience using Applied EPIC and CompuQuote (Required)
• Previous insurance brokerage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Ontario insurance markets
• Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with high-risk markets is considered an asset
