** The Meals on Wheels Data Support Assistant is responsible for program support functions including but

not limited to; daily route sheet management, data entry, reporting, record-keeping, systems management,

and providing administrative support to the Meals on Wheels Department and the Aging & Nutrition

Services Division.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with coworkers, management, program participants, volunteers, and the public.

Prepare and manage daily route sheets, meal schedules, changeovers, and reschedules, ensuring accurate distribution of emergency food boxes, breakfast boxes, weekend, holiday, and pantry boxes.

Maintain and update designated databases (ServTracker), including meal schedules, service units, holds/suspensions, and off-perms, while ensuring all system tasks are completed accurately.

Create and Distribute route sheets, meal preparation forecasts, and relevant information to departments, coworkers, and management.

Assist in maintaining program data, including status reports, logs, waiting lists, and other records, as directed by the Program Manager or Director(s).

Provide ServTracker data support for the Meals on Wheels Program.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date database management to support internal and external reporting needs.

Collaborate with the Program Manager to finalize monthly routing for new and relocated clients, optimizing delivery efficiency.

Support reporting, data input, and other administrative tasks as required by the Program Manager.

Work closely with the Senior Data Support Specialist to align data management practices and support monthly reporting.

Maintain confidentiality of all program participants.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

An extended period at a desk is required.

The noise level is low to high depending on program activities.


POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK Full Time

Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm and some designated holidays and or Saturdays.

SALARY: $21.00-$22.00/hourly non exempt

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION


Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Two years' experience in an office/ administrative environment.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a database management system.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.

Own transportation, valid Colorado driver's license, and proof of insurance.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

Keyboarding skills of 40 W.P.M.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven track record of managing data projects from conception to completion, including data migration and system upgrades.

Strong computer skills with proficiency Excel Formulas.

Ability to work with diverse issues, sensitive to senior issues and concerns.
