Mailroom Data Entry Associate

Pay: $15.00 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

•     Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients

•     Process outbound correspondence from the client 

•     Process documents from both electronic and hard copy forms

•     Classify documents based on contract requirements

•     Verify data from automated data extraction tools

•     Identify documents and their purpose; creating a database of information

•        Performs other duties as assigned      

Requirements:

  • •    Mailroom and/or Data Entry experience (preferred)

  • •      Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • •      Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
