International Shipment Coordinator

Responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking outbound international shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. This role coordinates with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Support weekly shipment to and from Mexico Facility
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or international trade preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, and carrier systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift packages and work in a warehouse or shipping environment as needed.
