Member Service Representative

In this role, you’ll deliver friendly, accurate, and professional service while helping members manage their day-to-day financial needs and connect with solutions that support their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Services Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels
  • Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
  • Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services
  • Open and maintain accounts, including remote account assistance
  • Process and disburse member loans
  • Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
  • Support members with online financial services and general account access
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1–3 years of customer service, financial services, cash handling, or related experience preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
