Job Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time Location: Penticton, British Columbia (in-person) Work Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly using established scripts and schedule sales appointments. Make outbound calls to customers to arrange appointments for sales and service departments. Log customer comments accurately and maintain updated customer information in the database. Schedule follow-up calls for customers who do not initially make appointments. Confirm and reschedule appointments for customers who miss their original appointments. Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to verify appointment outcomes. Create and distribute marketing communications such as letters, postcards, and emails following scheduled timelines. Respond promptly to customer website inquiries and follow up on internet leads. Maintain clear communication with relevant departments regarding appointment scheduling.
