Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The student will work in assisting other employees on various tasks in the print production area of BJU PRESS.
*Bob Jones University students only*
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handwork in assembling printed pages in manufacturing textbooks
  • Handwork in collating signatures for Binding and shrink wrapping the finished product
  • Assist in preparing product for shipping
  • Assist in receiving supplies
  • May occasionally use pallet jacks and forklifts for material handling
  • Various Cleaning as assigned.
  • Data collection and possible Excel sheet data entry available as well.
  • Self-motivated worker
  • Asked to be available to work in four hour increments: Two or more days per week (12 hours/week)
  • Require student to have on site interview before being hired
  • Must be able to do physical work and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years old
