Summary
Supports the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within a specific industry and functional area to meet objectives and quality standards for clients. Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal job-related training or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
Your role in our mission

  • Work within the Data Correction Team performing a variety of tasks including (but not limited to) data capture, data correction, verifying data for accuracy and being proficient in all keying programs.
  • Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
  • Meet established production and quality standards.
  • Maintain attendance that adheres to the Gainwell policy.
  • Understands the business of the client and related market dynamics; applies knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. Identifies issues and reviews, recommends, and implements modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Excellent typing skills must pass 10 key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors.
  • Excellent typing skills of 45 WPM
  • Experience working with business solutions software.
  • The individual will be expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time-management skills.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).

The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
