We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Master Data Coordinator who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting in an expanding business.

The Master Data Coordinator maintains and manages the organization's core business data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across enterprise systems.


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Create, update, and maintain master data records (such as items, products, suppliers, and bills of materials) in enterprise software.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Monitor data compliance, validate entries, and resolve data discrepancies or errors across systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, IT, finance, and R&D teams to align data rules, gather product information, and support new product rollouts.
  • Process Improvement: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), document data workflows, and recommend system enhancements.
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Proficiency in using data management systems and tools, such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems for production work orders.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced skill with Excel; experienced with scanning/copying and data entry.
  • Able to work on and complete projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Work Hours:
