A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the go-to person who keeps our office moving. You'll greet visitors with a smile, answer calls, and connect people with the right information at the right time. You'll set up new claims, track data, and make sure documents, reports, and records are accurate and ready to go. You'll help with payroll, coordinate vendors, and ensure supplies and shipments are exactly where they need to be. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience, preferably in restoration or construction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration or business an asset

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking skills
