Responsibilities
  • Reviews, interprets, and enters data with a high degree of accuracy and detail
  • Generates, receives, and maintains confidential and sensitive documentation, files, information, and reports to ensure the security of files and data
  • Quickly and accurately tracks data with little to no errors
  • Maintains confidence and protects sensitive information for patients
  • Interprets and enters prescription orders accurately for pharmacist approval
  • Learns patients' needs and specific requests
  • Reports to pharmacy technician supervisor
  • Works closely with others within the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year Pharmacy Tech experience (preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician License (preferred)
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks as needed
  • Well-received/respected by coworkers with willingness to maintain positive morale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to retain information such as words, numbers, and procedures
