POS & Inventory Coordinator

Full-Time Position

Position Summary

The POS & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate product and inventory information within the Point of Sale (POS) system while supporting the execution of the receiving process for the retail operation. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient product flow, promotional execution, and smooth day-to-day retail operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data, inventory systems, vendors, customers, and internal teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

POS & Inventory Management

Enter and maintain accurate product, pricing, vendor, and inventory data within the POS system

Create and update SKUs, barcodes, and product records as required

Ensure inventory and pricing accuracy across all retail systems

Generate, review, and maintain reports using Excel and POS software

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and data inconsistencies

Set up and maintain promotional pricing, discounts, and POS promotion functions

Support and maintain customer loyalty program functions within the POS system

Assist with testing and verifying POS updates, pricing changes, and promotional accuracy before implementation
