Job Summary:


The Administrative Assistant coordinates and assists the agency in maintaining the paper flow of clerical functions in the office, has primary responsibility and accountability for maintaining accurate patient records for billing purposes, supply inventory and other related clerical duties, and is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of a variety of data including patient information, human resource information, billing and payroll information.


Job Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, ie Word & Excel
  • Must be able to type 60 wpm with 94% accuracy

  • Ability to accurately deal with the flow of a large volume of information

  • Ability to perform data entry duties
