Job description

The Office Aide provides administrative and customer service support to the department by assisting student, faculty, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include answering phones. greeting guests, filing documents, data entry, scanning and copying materials, assisting with office organizations, distributing nail, and completing other clerical duties as assigned. The Office Aide is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and provide excellent customer service while representing the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled as a student at New Mexico Highlands University.
- Must be eligible for student employment under university guidelines.
- Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel,Outlook).
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
