Fleet Maintenance Data Specialist

Dubuque, Iowa

This position offers a starting wage of $22-$25 per hour (based on experience).

Essential Functions
  • Daily communication with employees by telephone or in writing.
  • Collect, track, analyze, and graph maintenance data
  • Assign company vehicles as needed, including verifying company cars on insurance list
  • Gather weekly data from several sources reflecting equipment on lots
  • Inservice Units as directed
  • Process outside repair orders and warranty invoices in the TMT system
  • Request quotes and process hose orders
  • Assist in TMT system related issues
  • Work regularly scheduled hours in assigned office location

  • Must possess outstanding communication (oral/written) skills
  • Must be organized with excellent time management skills
  • Must be accurate with information and reporting
  • Must be skilled in customer service and human relations
  • Must act in a professional and positive manner in all facets of interaction
