Job Description
Harborview Medical Center's Mental Health and Addiction Services program has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Assistant.
WORK SCHEDULE
  • Per-Diem
  • Day Shift

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain records, files, and statistical data for program operations.
  • Prepare narrative and statistical reports for program activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements for program contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for case managers and mental health practitioners.
  • Perform data entry in Epic Care and manage QI data.
  • Utilize spreadsheet, database, and graphics software for reporting and presentations.
  • Manage forms, correspondence, and assigned projects while ensuring confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school graduation or equivalent AND Two years of clerical experience.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
  • Experience working in a medical or mental health setting.
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer applications, including data entry and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
