Prairieland Service Coordination, Inc. (PSCI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PUNS Assistant to support the Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) process. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working with data, families, and community partners in a mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Track and manage PUNS referrals and due dates
  • Contact individuals and families regarding PUNS updates
  • Schedule PUNS update appointments by phone
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in applicable systemsย 
  • Run monthly reports and track follow-ups
  • Work closely with Program Managers, ISCs, and agency staff
  • Support Medicaid eligibility documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency requirements

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong data entry, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience with Illinois Department of Human Services programs
  • College coursework in business, office administration, or accounting
