Registered Agent Specialist
Job Title: RA Specialist Reports to: DE Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Last Revision Date: 10/20/2025
Department: DE Paracorp
SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Delaware Supervisor, the RA Specialist is responsible for sending out registered agent delinquency notices, preparing and processing state filings, registered agent assignment research and processing resignation of registered agent filings in compliance with company procedures and policies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1.Respond to client questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and efficient manner. This includesanswering calls as they come in during the morning hours.
2.Monitor and respond to the internal DE info email group.
3.Complete monthly status checks for renewal billing.
4.Prep and process agent resignations with the DE state agency including maintenance of DEresignation spreadsheet.
5.Complete data entry tasks with high degree of accuracy.
6.Process mail forwarding with high degree of accuracy within timeframes established bymanagement.
7.Process all incoming SOP's with high degree of accuracy within timeframes established bymanagement.
8.Processing Paracorp COA filings through DCIS as needed.
9.Follow all Desk Maintenance Guidelines.
10.Develop and maintain a high level of teamwork with co-workers.
11.Assist Paracorp team members when possible.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist the department with processing or other special projects as needed.
2.Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a highschool diploma or equivalent.
2.Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications.
3.Familiarity with Microsoft Office high desirable
4.Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively
5.Familiarity and experience with general office equipment.
6.Ability to work independently
7.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8.Ability to type 45 WPM efficiently.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Extended periods of time sitting performing data entry.
