Position Summary: The Front Desk / Data Entry Specialist will serve as a first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative and data entry support to the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately enter and maintain information while managing multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and take accurate messages.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
  • Enter, update, and maintain client information and records.
  • Scan, copy, file, and organize financial and administrative documents.
  • Assist with preparing and processing documents for accounting and tax staff.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with office calendars as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Verify entered information for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
