Job description

Now Hiring: Furniture Coordinator at W.B. Mason
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000
Schedule: This is a full-time position.

As a Furniture Coordinator, you will coordinate furniture projects from planning through delivery. Each day will include supporting the sales force and sales managers with administrative needs, reviewing project plans and specifications for accuracy, managing orders and documentation, monitoring schedules, and providing customers with timely updates. You will work with manufacturers to resolve any issues, confirm project completion, and ensure invoicing is accurate. The role will also include reporting on sales and assisting with other duties that support client services and sales operations.

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Physical ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds

At least two years of customer service experience preferred. A bachelor's degree is also a plus.
