Job description

Fountain Tire is looking for a Part Time File Clerk to support the Payroll Department at our South Edmonton Corporate Head Office. This is a 3-month contract position.
 
This position has a strong emphasis on data entry and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the payroll team to ensure that all new hire processing and payroll filing is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process new hires.
  • Update and maintain associate data in UKG.
  • Ensure sensitive employee information is filed appropriately and accurately.
  • Retrieve and locate files as requested.
  • Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire.
