Job description

The Customer Service Representative-Industrial Parts position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support and assistance to both external and internal customers for industrial parts for equipment. This individual will be responsible for handling order processing, responding to product inquiries, managing data entry, and coordinating inventory. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role operates as an individual contributor interfacing closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate is skilled in communication, problem-solving, and attentive to detail, with a strong knowledge of industrial parts and related software tools. This is an in-person, on-site only position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support for industrial parts inquiries and requests
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using specialized industrial parts software
  • Manage data entry tasks related to orders, inventory, and customer information
  • Coordinate inventory activities to ensure availability and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal customers and team members
