Job description

The Data Management Assistant will work with the Clinical team of the Children’s Exercise and Nutrition Clinic to manage existing databases including tracking and coordinating data collection, modifying existing questionnaires, and entering data. With program leadership direction, responsibilities will also include the expansion of existing databases to include MOH required data, and producing reports from databases for team members. 

1. Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
2. College level Medical Transcription Diploma
3. Previous data entry experience
4. Advanced level skills in using the following computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Meditech, EMR
5. Demonstrated good communication skills with all members of the critical care team
6. Demonstrated organizational skills
7. Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy
Qualifications – Internal

3. Previous data entry experience
