  • Effectuer la saisie de données avec exactitude et dans les délais prescrits.
  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des dossiers dans les différents systèmes.
  • Rechercher, récupérer et traiter les factures ainsi que faire le suivi des paiements.
  • Gérer le processus d'inscription des participants, incluant la création de sessions sur le site Web et dans le système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS).
