Title : Imaging Production Specialist 1 (24918)
Location : Distribution Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30336
Duration : 3+Months Contract (Temp to permanent)
Shift Timings : : (07:00:AM - 03:30:PM)
Job Description:
โ€ข Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation.
โ€ข Scan hardcopy files to electronic images. Assuring a quality image and perform quality control functions.
โ€ข Perform document preparation tasks. Indexing, Packaging and Release of product.
โ€ข Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking. Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment. Perform scanning task on complex conversions utilizing specialized equipment, high speed equipment and/or flatbed scanning.
โ€ข Other duties, as specified/assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
โ€ข Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
โ€ข Must possess strong problem solving ability, acceptable of change and long durations of project assignments.
โ€ข Ability to work able to work independently with minimal Supervision.
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Experience working in a data entry/imaging environment preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
โ€ข Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.
โ€ข Strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and process.
โ€ข Understanding and ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy, release and packaging functions.
โ€ข Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to detect, document and correct quality issues.
