Job Title: Data Entry Operator II (Licensing Specialist I)
Pay Rate: $21 p/h
Schedule: M-F 8:30AM - 5PM
Summary

Manage and resolve licensing cases (Registration, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, State Changes/Buyouts). Research client requests, ensure accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service using DMV Terminal and office tech. Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing assignments with professionalism.


Responsibilities
  • Process and resolve licensing cases.
  • Research and respond to client requests accurately.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage cases efficiently.
  • Use DMV Terminal and MS Office tools.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all work.
  • Collaborate with team and support customer needs.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and remain professional under pressure.

Qualifications
