As a Front Desk and Billing Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice in Detroit, MI. You will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, processing payments, and handling insurance claims. This position offers a friendly and supportive work environment, with opportunities for training and professional growth.

Schedule: We alternate our weekly schedule

  • Week 1 - Monday - Thursday 9 am- 5 pm, and Friday: 9 - 2
  • Week 2 - Monday - Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm, Thursday: off, Friday: 9 - 5, and Saturday: 9 - 2

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients at our Detroit, MI office, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and process claims accurately.
