Office Coordinator:

Gallatin Valley Carpet One Floor & Home, currently seeking a Professional Office Coordinator to join our staff. We believe in creating a family friendly work environment where each person is an integral member of the team. As our Professional Office Coordinator, you will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working individually and collaboratively. You will work with internal employees, business partners, and subcontractors on a regular basis. You will be able to multi-task and communicate well with all those that are a part of the team.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with A/P and A/R
  • Order procurement (ordering and tracking special orders)
  • Data Entry
  • Product assignment and delivery in Industry software RFMS
  • Costing of materials to orders
  • Installer scheduling
  • Weekly Installer labor payment
  • Receiving and pricing new product introductions
  • Answering phones when needed

Requirements

Qualifications include

  • College Degree
  • Bookkeeping Experience - 2 years
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of RFMS a plus
  • General Ledger proficiency
  • Computer Skills
  • Self-motivated and attention to details
