Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Carolina HVAC and Electrical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, addressing client inquires, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining office cleanliness and organization, and assisting with basic clerical duties. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  2. Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks including updating customer information, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate office activities and schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
  4. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas and workspaces.
  5. Technician Collaboration: Assist technicians with paperwork completion, including work orders, service reports, and customer invoices.
