Summary:
We are seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist (Junior) to support administrative operations related to provider onboarding, data entry, and record maintenance.
This role is responsible for processing provider applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance within established timelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with providers and internal teams.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates in internal systems
Accurately input and manage provider data within databases
Review and verify required documentation for completeness and compliance
Meet established turnaround times and accuracy standards
Conduct outreach to providers via phone and email to resolve enrollment issues
Respond to provider inquiries and provide support throughout the enrollment process
Maintain organized records and documentation
Collaborate with team members and support additional administrative tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
 
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or business environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
