Data Entry Associate

SmartTalent is looking to hire a Data Entry Associate to help with various projects, document scans, paperwork filing, and data entry at a client of ours in the Seattle area. *This is not a remote position*

PAY: $21.30

TITLE: Data Entry Associate

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill)

SCHEDULE:

Full time - Tues-Friday (2:30pm – 7:30pm), and Sat (8:00am to 4:30pm)

Position Duties:

• Sort and file various transactions

• Scan, index, image capture, key and reconcile invoices

• Enter data using a 10-key pad

• Follow established security procedures for the company and department

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven proficiency with 10-key

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized

• Energetic and strong willingness to learn

• Regular and Reliable attendance

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

• A sense of teamwork while working independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel & Word

• 3-6 months office experience or relatable experience
