In this role, you will be the backbone of our data integrity, serving as the supportive force that empowers our commercial and operational teams.

You will be responsible for managing new SAP customer account creation, maintaining immaculate customer records, and enhancing our database using external data sources—balancing high-speed processing with absolute precision.

What You'll Be Doing:

Key Goals :

  • Data Integrity: Maintain and enhance the customer master database by setting up accurate new accounts in SAP.

  • Database Optimization: Proactively identify and eliminate duplicate records, update obsolete information, and correct anomalies.

  • Data Enrichment: Audit and fill missing data gaps by validating and integrating high-quality external data sources.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Account Creation & Onboarding: Accurately set up new customer accounts in SAP and seamlessly process web registrations by linking online users to their correct corporate accounts.

  • Data Hygiene & Merging: Scout out duplicate accounts and execute merges to ensure a single, consolidated source of truth for our customer data.

  • Database Enrichment: Validate internal data against external sources, appending missing information to enhance overall database quality.

  • Pricing Administration: Assign appropriate pricing tiers to customer accounts based on strict eligibility guidelines.

  • Auditing & Queue Management: Conduct regular data audits to ensure systemic health while managing the daily request queue to resolve customer-account inquiries efficiently. ● Special Projects: Support the broader team with data migration, system updates, and other projects as assigned.
