Women's Imaging Specialists is hiring a full-time Patient Account Specialist for our Foley, AL location. We're a dedicated team serving women's breast health across 18 locations and counting in GA & AL.

What you'll do:
• Be the billing advocate - Take inbound calls from patients with questions about imaging services, insurance, and statements. Provide accurate, empathetic answers
• Investigate + resolve - Research accounts daily, identify issues, and coordinate with manager/other departments to resolve complaints with highest level of service
• Process payments - Handle high-volume calls, take payments, set up payment arrangements, and provide ledgers when requested
• Document everything - Maintain detailed call logs, monitor messaging system for insurance updates, and track billing document requests
• Escalate wisely - Identify calls needing Patient Accounts Manager review and ensure smooth handoffs
• Support the team - Provide full-cycle admin support to Patient Accounts Manager and meet personal/department metrics
