Job Summary:
Booking Secretary needed
Responsibilities:
  • Answering multiple telephone calls from physicians; patients; and staff.
  • Receive telephone calls from multiple departments and must transfer calls accordingly.
  • Data entry of daily changes; verification of charges; reconciliation of charges; other data entry into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Calling patients the day before appointments to inform them of their arrival times, schedule meetings for the Director and Clinical Leaders.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent. An Associates Degree in Business or medical field is strongly desired.
  • Previous medical secretary experience
  • Strong computer experience preferred
