Peckham Inc. - 3PL Data Entry Clerk

Will work in all the areas on this project to document all work being performed. This position may also need to enter data into databases owned by Peckham and/or the Army. The worker must be able to recognize discrepant 15-digit part numbers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record all repairs completed.
  • Record all quality inspections conducted.
  • Record all laundry data.
  • Record all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Daily use of computers and tablets.
  • Meet established deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work with supervisor towards meeting performance standards.
  • Report any discrepancies in orders to Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
  • Key in 15-digit part numbers into computer.
  • Operate with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to create and process orders and receipts in WMS and ISM.
  • Ability to create and process Kitting assembly/disassembly in WMS and ISM.
  • Ability to identify and research discrepancies using WMS/ISM logs and reports.
  • Ability to adjust inventory levels in WMS/ISM.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain the necessary security clearances (CAC card required).
  • Must have reliable transportation to get between job locations.
  • Must gain and maintain the necessary security clearances.
  • Motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented individual.
  • Basic Math, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Must be able to recognize discrepant 15-digit part numbers.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
