Position Details

This position will support data entry and data extraction from a variety of data sources. This position will develop useful and efficient data reports to accurately capture operational/program data for the Community Case Management Program.

Duties

  • Provides accurate data from a variety of data sources
  • Maintains intermediate to moderately complex spreadsheets and databases and prepares reports
  • May create, implement, maintain various tracking/notification systems in order to meet deadlines.
  • Delivers data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to management and/or to specific customer specifications and timelines
  • Produces reports accurately completed in accordance with standard procedure, following instructions
  • Examines a variety of datasets to verify accuracy of recorded data
  • Organizes, stores and cleans large volumes of data files. Stores and updates files on internal shared drives using appropriate naming conventions. Assist Community Case Management Program as needed.
