Job description

We are a large staffing agency seeking a Data Entry Clerk to handle administrative duties but this is a full time perm position within our company. In person position working in our Northwest Houston Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee time-clock punches and correct missed punches
  • Accurately enter employee hours into the payroll system
  • Maintain daily attendance and headcount reports
  • Review all information carefully to prevent payroll errors

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using Microsoft programs is a plus
  • Payroll experience is helpful but not required
  • Must have driver license
  • Bilingual a plus

We are willing to train the right person who has solid data entry experience and is eager to learn.
