We are seeking anOffice Administrator / Data Entry Clerkto support daily branch operations by maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to internal teams, customers, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and office systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain operational data within company databases and internal systems.

  • Verify information by comparing digital entries with source documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Update and maintain records related to route orders, service requests, inventory, and operational activities.

  • Input route orders and assist with processing service documentation.

  • Retrieve reports and information from company databases as requested.

  • Sort, file, and organize paperwork to maintain accurate and accessible records.

  • Perform regular backups and assist with data preservation procedures.

  • Answer incoming office phone calls and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Assist with dispatching service requests when needed.

  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Support branch leadership with general administrative and office duties.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, or data entry preferred.

  • Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

  • Basic understanding of databases and electronic recordkeeping.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
