Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Onsite – St. Paul, MN  55102
Hours: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts
Start Date: 11/24 or 12/1
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Note: Fingerprinting required prior to start

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a healthcare team by helping clear a backlog of approximately 1,500 vaccination records that need to be added into EPIC. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare front-office experience and be comfortable working onsite full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update vaccination records into EPIC with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage patient data with strict confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Assist clinic staff with documentation needs during backlog processing
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure error-free entry
  • Attend required 3-day role-specific training at start of assignment

Required Qualifications:
  • EPIC experience is mandatory
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following:
