We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative & Data Entry Specialist to support daily office activities and maintain accurate business records. This position involves data entry, document organization, reporting, customer and internal communication, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers and spreadsheets, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Primary Duties Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and electronic systems. Review records and documents to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information. Compare information from invoices, reports, spreadsheets, and other records and correct discrepancies. Prepare and distribute reports and other requested documents. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. Scan, copy, file, and retrieve documents as needed. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and route messages to the appropriate departments. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Prepare correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and other office documents. Monitor office supplies and assist with mail and document distribution. Support document retention and confidential recordkeeping procedures. Work with different departments to collect and verify information. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Handle confidential information responsibly. Manage multiple priorities and complete assignments within established deadlines. Perform other administrative duties as needed. What We' re Looking For Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Accurate typing and data entry skills. Previous experience with office administration, records, or document control preferred. Ability to identify problems and resolve basic discrepancies.
