Production Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules that optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet customer demand. You will work closely with various departments, including production, processing, and sales, to ensure smooth and timely operations. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. * Coordinate with the production, processing, and sales teams to gather information and ensure alignment on production goals. * Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address unexpected issues or changes in demand. * Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. * Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste. * Communicate production schedules and any changes to relevant departments in a clear and timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant data. * Enter purchase orders for raw materials as needed and ensure timing of product aligns with the production schedule Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or successful Supply Chain functioned work experience preferred.
