The Planning Admin Intern will work closely with our Corporate Planning team on a variety of projects, including:

  • Process Improvement: Support the team in identification of process inefficiencies in supply chain planning and propose improvements. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data.  Assist the Planning team with report creation. 
  • Documentation & SOP Development: Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and improved processes. Assisting with data entry and file organization.
  • Project Support: Contribute to key supply chain projects as needed.  
  • Perform other duties/projects as requested

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at Jockey's corporate office in Kenosha, WI.  (No relocation or housing assistance provided for this position.) 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.  GPA 3.0 or above.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
